1.    Please check availability by viewing the Calendar of Availability.

2.    Submit your desired date of arrival and departure dates to jofis@comcast.net. 
       I will confirm availability and total price at that time.

3.    Print our Contract and fax an executed copy to Joe Fisichelli at 978-794-0489.

4.    Mail a deposit in the amount of fifty (50%) of the total amount of your stay.
